2. Refund Eligibility

We understand that things don’t always go as planned. However, refunds will only be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Service Not Delivered: If we fail to deliver the service within the agreed-upon timeframe and no work has commenced.

  • Duplicate Payment: If you have accidentally made a double payment for the same service.

  • Canceled Order Before Work Begins: If you cancel your order before we start any work, a partial or full refund may be granted, depending on the time and resources already invested.

Note: Refunds are not provided once work has begun or a project is in progress.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

The following situations are not eligible for a refund:

  • Change of mind after work has started.

  • Delays caused by client’s lack of communication, incomplete requirements, or delayed feedback.

  • Dissatisfaction based on subjective expectations (e.g., style preferences) not previously agreed upon.

  • Services marked as “non-refundable” during purchase or in your agreement.

4. Modification or Revision Requests

We always try to deliver our best. If you’re not satisfied with the initial result, we offer reasonable revisions as per the scope of the original agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

5. How to Request a Refund

  • Reason for refund request

  • Date of transaction and amount paid

  • Proof of payment (screenshot or receipt)

We’ll respond to your request within 5–7 business days after reviewing the details.

6. Payment Reversals

Any approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account.
